Here are the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's), relating to Pebblegear Kids Tablets - Parental Controls:



How do I set up my parental account? 


To change the e-mail address linked to the tablet, press the e-mail address bar at the top of the menu. You will be requested to enter the new e-mail address. A confirmation link will be sent to the e-mail address you selected, please click on the link to confirm your e-mail. 



How to add another parental account? 


Unfortunately, you cannot create a second parent account. But with this one you can perform all necessary actions. 



What stores can I use and where can I find them? 


On the Pebble Gear™ Kids Tablet you can find the GameStore Junior icon in the menu where you can download all apps for free. 



Can I set up more than one child account? 


Yes, you can set up till four child accounts by pressing the plus icon on the account selection screen. 



How do I change the parental PIN? 


You can change the parent PIN by clicking the “Change parent PIN” button. You will then be requested to enter a new PIN for the parent account. Enter your new PIN and press “Next”. You will then be asked to confirm your new PIN, press “Next” to complete the process. 



What can I do if I have forgotten my PIN to access the parental area? 


If you have forgotten your PIN, the device can be reset by pressing the “Reset PIN” button before entering the parent account. A reset link will be sent to the e-mail address you selected later and must be confirmed. Please be assured that the RESET of your PIN does not delete any apps, games or e-books on the device. 



How do I set up the time management / rules? 


In the parent account you will find the setting options for the game times under the aspect “Control”. 



How do I manage authorised apps? 


The authorizations of the individual apps do not need to be edited, as all necessary accesses are assigned without endangering the security of your privacy or that of your child.
